Offset 00 - Low bit of Current turn * 2. First value of play is 2. Possible values = 02 to FF, though I have not tested FF.

Offset 1C & 1D - Points lost for Civilians killed by Aliens (low bit then high bit respectively)- Possible values = 00 00 to FF FF. After FF 7F it goes negative. If you lose a unit it goes negative.
Offset 1E & 1F - Points lost for Civilians killed by X-Com units (low bit then high bit respectively)- Possible values = 00 00 to FF FF. After FF 7F it goes negative. If you lose a unit it goes negative.
