Offset 00 - NEED HELP
Offset 01 - Looks to be some sort of index for for items
Offset 02 to 05 - NEED HELP
Offset 06 to 08 - Price (It's backwards so B8 0B 00 is actually 00 0B B8, 3000 in decimal). Possible values = 00 00 00 to FF FF 7F
Offset 09 to 11 - NEED HELP
Offset 12 - Purchase Flag - Possible Values = 00 - Not able to purchase, 01 - able to purchase
Offset 13 - This might just be the high bit for the purchase flag but I'm not sure.
